Steamboat at the Lee's

Last Monday we enjoyed dinner at the Lee's house!  Sharon had told me when we were here for Gan's birthday that it didn't seem like true Korean because there was no kimchi (A Korean dish made of vegetables, such as cabbage or radishes, that are salted, seasoned, and stored in sealed containers to undergo lactic acid fermentation).  Alas, she hooked us up!!!

Just like Thanksgiving she outdid herself!!!  There was so much food that we barely touched half of it!  Man, was it delicious!!!

We also celebrated Stephanie's birthday while we were there and had some oh so yummy blueberry cheesecake from Secret Recipe (my new favorite cake place).

Fun fun! I personally don't care for kimchi...but to each his own! :) This woman sounds like super woman! Glad you have her in your life!
